To subscribe to FORMED, follow these simple steps:
Visit https://formed.org/signup
Enter our parish zip code (29730).
Then select Saint Anne Catholic Church.
Enter your name and email.
You’re in! No more passwords.
After you sign up, you can download the FORMED App by searching “FORMED Catholic” in your app store. It is available on almost any device.
Open the app and click “Log In” or go to https://formed.org and click “Sign In”, just enter you email and then click the link in your email. You will be signed in on that device and no more passwords!
