The International Festival is more than a fundraiser—it is a celebration of the many cultures that make up our parish family. Through food, music, entertainment, and fellowship, we come together to share our traditions and strengthen our community while supporting the ministries of St. Anne Catholic Church and School.

All donated items may be included in either the Silent Auction or the Live Auction.
Donations may be dropped off at the Parish Office Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Please include a list of all donated items along with their estimated value. Your generosity helps make our festival a success, and we sincerely appreciate your support.

Vendor Registration
The vendor registration fee is $125 and includes:
- One 10′ x 10′ vendor space
- One 6-foot table
Vendor Guidelines
- Each vendor space is limited to 10′ x 10′.
- Vendors agree to use only the space assigned to them.
- Display shelving and display fixtures are permitted, provided they remain within the assigned space.
- Vendor locations are assigned based on availability.
- No refunds will be issued after registration.

No experience is necessary—everyone is welcome to participate.
Important Deadlines
Sponsor/Vendor & Business Paperwork Deadline
All paperwork must be completed by August 31, 2026.
Please fill out the Hold Harmless Indemnity Agreement below and return with your Vendor Payment. The Charleston Diocese requires to be completed by each vendor.
